Founder & Managing Director
Christian Leonhardt
As the central point of contact, Christian Leonhardt works closely with players and their families — personally, discreetly and with a long-term perspective on career, brand and life.

After studying Business Administration and Economics at the University of Münster and subsequently working as an assistant to the management of a private banking division, he led the Sports & Entertainment Desk at private bank Delbrück Bethmann Maffei — a specialist division dedicated to advising professional athletes and artists within the globally operating Dutch ABN AMRO Bank.
In 2010, Christian Leonhardt founded RUHMREICH Sports Consulting as a personal management and advisory agency for professional footballers. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with international partner agencies including ExtraTime in Barcelona, OnTarget and Centre Circle Consulting in London.
His international experience includes working with South African players such as Steven Pienaar, Delron Buckley and Lance Davids, as well as US players including Nicholas Taitague, Haji Wright and Christian Pulisic — among many others.
Over the years, he has built a strong European and US network across professional football and sponsorship. This network, combined with his commercial understanding and extensive industry experience, shapes his holistic approach to management.
